Plumbing and drainage installation on site

Plumbing & drainage

We design and install the full domestic water and drainage package — from incoming mains and booster sets through soil stacks, waste branches and external manholes. Pipework is sized, routed and supported to drawing, with clean falls on gravity lines and proper anchoring on pressure systems.

Our teams work in uPVC, HDPE, copper and galvanized steel, coordinating sleeves and penetrations with the structural frame before first fix. Every installation is flushed, pressure-tested and signed off before concealment — whether it is a single residence in Karen or a multi-level classroom block in Nakuru.

Scope includes

Cold and hot water distribution pipework
Soil, waste and vent (SVP) stacks with proper falls
Floor wastes, gullies, grease traps and interceptors
Roof tanks, booster pumps and pressure-controlled supply
External drainage, manholes and connection to sewer or soakaway
Borehole feed lines, hydrostatic testing and commissioning records

Sanitaryware

We set out, rough-in and connect all sanitary fittings — WCs, basins, sinks, urinals, showers and specialist hospital fixtures — so the finished bathroom works on day one. Waste connections are trapped, vented and tested; cisterns and flush valves are adjusted for reliable operation.

On institutional projects we install heavy-use fittings such as stainless-steel urinal slabs, concealed cisterns and anti-vandal sets. We coordinate with tiling and joinery trades on set-out heights and recess dimensions, and leave each fitting clean, sealed and ready for handover.

Mechanical and fire fighting systems on site

Fire fighting & HVAC

Fire protection and comfort cooling are installed as part of the same mechanical contract — wet risers, hydrants, hose reels and sprinklers where specified, alongside split units, ductwork, ventilation grilles and refrigeration plant.

Systems are piped, valved and labelled to the approved layout, then flushed, pressure-tested and commissioned with the consultant and fire authority where required. Solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and swimming pool plant can be included in the same package so the building services are handed over as one coordinated set.

Scope includes

Wet risers, landing valves and fire hose cabinets
Sprinkler mains, heads and alarm valve assemblies
Split and VRF air-conditioning units with refrigerant pipework
Supply and extract ductwork, grilles and fan coil units
Cold rooms, refrigeration compressors and condensate drainage
Solar water heating collectors, cylinders and circulation pumps
