MEP Solutions Ltd is an NCA registered Mechanical and General building contracting company established in Kenya in 2019 as per The Companies Act, 2015. We deliver plumbing, drainage, sanitaryware, fire fighting, HVAC and related mechanical services as a single design-build package — functional, cost-conscious, and run within the constraints of the site.
We run as a single provider so clients are not splitting plumbing, fire fighting and HVAC across separate contractors. Our processes keep cost and programme tight without cutting the quality the specification requires.
Our founder director has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in both design-build solutions and project management services and related mechanical engineering aspects in the built environment.
We have the capacity to handle projects from inception to completion and commissioning, through proper understanding of the client brief, communication with the relevant project team members, progress tracking, and timely internal supervision.
We ascribe to the Occupational Safety & Health Act 2007, Employee Regulations Act No. 1 (2007), and The National Building Regulations 2015, among others.
