CITAM Classrooms, Nakuru
Four-level U-shaped classroom block with washrooms at each corner. Boys’ washrooms are fitted with AISI 304 stainless-steel urinal slabs. Domestic water is pumped from borehole to roof tanks through a pressure-controlled booster set, with soil and waste stacks, floor wastes and fire fighting pipework tested and commissioned before handover.
